Our platform provides a level sharing service for the game Appel where players can upload levels to our servers, download and play levels created by other players, and review and rate other players' levels.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

Our Service may allow you to post, link, store, share, and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, or other material ("User Content").

Ownership: You retain all rights to your User Content. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content solely in connection with providing the Service.

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service to:

Engage in any illegal activities
Post harmful or dangerous content
Send spam or unsolicited communications

Appel Workshop does not warrant that the Service will function uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location, or that any errors or defects will be corrected.

IN NO EVENT SHALL APPEL WORKSHOP, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service

Any content obtained from the Service

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or contact us.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of New York, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Mediation: Before initiating any legal action, you agree to attempt to resolve disputes through mediation.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
